I Recommend, but be Careful. Great selection of cabinets and had a very good installer. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, but unfortunately creative beyond her capability...she totally mis-measured an angled island (angle was custom) and I lost another 2 weeks until I was able to get replacement cabinetry that fit. Unfortunately, I trusted her measurements and to add insult to injury, I was charged a 15% restocking fee for the cabinet that had to be returned because of her error. The manager would absolutely not waive this fee. The installer was exceptional and the subcontractors recommended for granite and tear out of my old kitchen were excellent.

I'm very happy with my kitchen and would recommend them, but I recommend that you proceed cautiously to protect yourself against any 15% surprises before you sign anything.

Wouldn't recommend. We were initially impressed with Kitchen Sales. The designer turned around a design in a short amt of time and seemed knowledgeable. We made contact and had placed an order all within a few days. We were a "slam dunk!" Of coarse I have to add, we KNEW what we wanted, submitted a design and basically they just had to duplicate it.

The disappointment came after the deposit was received. For one thing, the designer "changed" the design without ever making mention of it. When the cabinets arrived (10 days late), we noticed that the design change created an angle that made one cabinet open into another and it was recessed behind another cabinet (if u can imagine). Bottom line, a special pc had to be milled (at our expense) to make the design work. We weren't going to wait, another 6 weeks for a correction to be made.

Also, all the pcs to the order were not delivered at the same time. We were told in this economy it would take 3.5-4 weeks. The cabinets arrived 5.5 wks, and the balance of the order arrived another 2 weeks later. All the hardware did not arrive at the same time. It was all supposed to come on the truck but a day b4 delivery we were told that the warehouse had shown "80+" and there were actually "11"... we need something like 18. So they ordered them.

We were getting an undercounter drawer refrigerator and twice called and were told that "no problem" with the wood panels from the manufacturer being able to fit. Guess what? They don't make them in the size we needed. Of coarse, if we were ever able to talk to our sales rep AFTER the sale it would've helped. They seem to have no buddy system and when reps go on vacation or are off, there is no one to answer questions.

Sell 'em and Leave 'em was how we felt. It would take 4-5 phone calls over a 10-day period or 3-4 emails to get a response. We were told by the rep that the email system would sometimes take a week to get emails to them. Ironic, because emails would FLOW quickly during the honeymoon (pre-sale) days.

Service during and after the sale is such an important element in a business relationship. They were terrible at follow up and if we didn't call and inquire, then it semed like we were just a dormant client file.

Plus, they referred us to a granite place that was the highest priced. Buyer beware and compare!

After the cabinets were delivered, we'd paid in full upon delivery... we received an invoice for $150 for "accessories". We called our rep and she was on "vacation"... we asked to be transferred to "accounting/accounts receivable" .. and at first they lost the call, we called back again, and on a friday afternoon no one was in accounting to tell us what the charge was for. We left a message and it's been 10 days and we haven't heard a word. This seems typical.

Oh, cabinet quality... it looked better in the showroom.

We LOVE our new kitchen!. After pricing new kitchen cabinets for a remodel job for 5 years, Kitchen Sales came up with the best design, which included many extras, for the best price by far! The showroom is extensive, with cabinets to fit many different tastes and price ranges. The cabinets were delivered on time and installed professionally, as promised. Many people we know have used them to remodel their kitchens, and I would highly recommend Kitchen Sales to friends and family.

Shop/negotiate/research before choosing cabinets. We had no choice but to go with Kitchen Sales Etc. in Bridgewater. Although we got what we paid for we were very disappointed in the cabinets. They are the equal quality of plywood. They placed the incorrect hardware on all the kitchen cabinets. When they came to fix it the original holes where they drilled the wrong handles left deep indentations in our 14k cabinets. We had to use Kitchen Sales in W Bridgewater because that is who the builder had the contract with. When we complained about the workmanship of the cabinets the salesman laughed and said you got exactly what you saw in the showroom. Well, anyone who is doing a huge remodeling project or building a home knows how your head spins with all the choices. Anyway, we love our new home from our floors to ceilings with the exception of our kitchen cabinets.
