The men were professional, the price was reasonable, they gave free boxes. The only thing I did not like was they have a fuel surcharge. Other than that great job all around. I'd recommend.

Casey Movers moved my belongings from my house in Duxbury to a new construction in Norwell. On move day the men arrived on time, Matt and his crew Tim, Scott & Danny were very polite. They did a walk-through of my home with me asking what pieces of mine that we were really worried about to ensure they took extra caution and care. The men got started and kept right at it. It was a very rainy miserable day and my wife was worried about the new carpets and floors in Norwell. The men laid down floor protection and sheets of cardboard. Again, it was a rainy, miserable day and with these guys, you would have never of thought so with their hard steady work pace. I have & will continue referring Casey Movers.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CASEY MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Worse than awful. If you only read this far, stay away.

I'm writing this review for my in-laws who recently moved from Massachusetts to North Carolina but didn't know to check Yelp before mistakenly choosing Casey Movers.

Found them in the Yellow Pages and before the move they were friendly and responsive. The move cost us $11,000. They promised every item would be bubble-wrapped and then covered with moving blankets... this turned out NOT to be the case at all. They also said they would reassemble anything they took apart (beds etc) but didn't.

Once they were in the new house it took Casey Movers almost 2 weeks to deliver the boxes! They hired 2 local people totally unknown to them from a manpower type of service to unload the truck. The 2 guys were terrible and damaged walls, furniture and woodwork in our brand new house.

They broke and lost a large number of items including a ceramic egg grill, glassware, 2 boxes of dishes, grandmothers hope chest and some woodworking tools.

Steve Casey (the owner) saw the damage and told us to just make a list and send it to him and he would take care of it.

As you've probably guessed, the "taking care of it" part never happened. We called 6 or 8 times and nobody is ever able to accept the call.

Finally I hear back that they will compensate us $0.60/pound for damage. WTF? How do you figure out how many pounds a hole in a wall is? How much does a hole in upholstery weigh?

When I finally sent them a bill for about $750, they delayed and delayed about a month and many calls before sending a check for $380. Again, WTF?

There is no way I can say anything positive at all about my experience with Casey Movers. My only hope is to save someone else from making the same mistake we made.

A lot of these reviews look fake. They might not be but I have a hard time believing that so many people would rate this two-bit operation as anything other than awful.

I have 2 tips for the staff at Casey Movers, 1st tip: you should process your claims more expeditiously. 2nd tip: DO NOT give my name out as a reference.

Casey Movers rocks! One of the best moving companies you can find in MA. The prices are affordable and the service is professional. I have used them twice for interstate moves and got all my stuff carefully packed and delivered on time. I can't thank them enough.

Although I only used this company once, I was extremely happy with its service. Very likeable crew, prompt and very careful with our belongings. I never had to complain about anything. Casey Movers deserves 5 stars!
