Job left unfinished - Phone calls not returned

Hired this company for yard clean up. The clean up was not as thougrough as it should have been. A good amount of sticks and leaves remained. Most of the debris was carelessly piled in a place that has broken branches on a natural fence treeline, and even worse, is on my neighbors property. The company told me they would call me to schedule cleaning it out. That was two months ago. They have not returned my multiple phone calls.
