This 1930s cow farm has been offering riding lessons for years. Dressage and hunt seat instructors have taken the place of farmhands here as the farm's owners move it toward survival and the 21st century. A few grazing beef cows are a vestige of its past. For the most part, all 200 acres are now dedicated to the horse business. You'll enjoy the scenery -- it backs up to 1,700 acres of Borderland State Park.
