I have had them in several times to clean my carpets. They did a great job and were able to get out a spot from my dog that I thought would be there for life. They really know what they are doing and my carpets always come out great. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. A nice family owned company that takesa lot of pride in their work. -Lisa K.
