I have used them at least twice a year for the last 6 years for everything from tents to moonwalks to lawn equipment. They have always been professional and delivered what was promised. I was especially impressed during the "once in 200 year" rain storm of the Spring of 2010. I needed a pump because my basement was flooded, and while everyone else in the area was price gauging, they rented me the pump for the price they always had. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.
Great service for tent rental with table and chairs. Came when they said. Put it where we asked even though we weren't there. The tent was very nice, very clean with pretty scalloped edges. Had used them 5 years ago and were a little dismayed at the recent reviews but decided to use Country Rentals anyway. We were very pleased. Don't let the reviews scare you away.
Love them!. We have used them for about 6 years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They have always delivered the bounce houses early and been polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone! Oh and the bouncey houses are always clean!!!
do not use their website!. Wish I had read this review before I rented. I rented from Country Time for my daughter's 5th birthday. I ordered all on line and clicked "pick up in Rockland" I then called the company to find out what time they opened to make sure my husband could pick up before work. They told me 7 a.m. When my husband drove there the store was closed and said "will reopen in spring on 4/1" he then called the Hanson store and they told him that there was a note on the web site saying Rockland location closed until 4/1. There wasn't! He then said he had no record of my moonwalk. After much haggling they agreed to deliver but I had to return the next day to HANSON! When I called to complain he said they were going to fix the website soon. UGH

The most confused,unprofessional,company I have ever dealt with. I had ordered online a Birthday Cake Bouncy for my grandaughters Birthday Party. I ordered it almost 3 weeks ahead. The computer said the order went thru
but there was aproblem with the site and someone would contact me. I ordered it and paid with my credit card, and put their address to be delivered to and phone numbers and email down. They never recieved a call, email nothing. My card was charged by them for the date I placed the order. I called and after much confusion back and forth with them yes they would be delivering it, just please have a copy of the transaction of the charge card. I printed it up gave it to the birthday girls family. They said they would be dropping it off on a Sat. even though the party was Sunday due to being busy. Saturday Morning I hear a truck in front of my house, have to yell out to them before they take it off the truck and waste their time .
Ok he says I tell him where it was suppose to be delivered to. They call 5 min later for address again I give it to them. We have the bouncy Birthday kids have fun. Next day Monday another daughter who lives in the north shore calls and says she was charged on her charge card for the bouncy. I call the company the man is rude, confusing and makes it seem like my mistake. He ask for my number again I give it to him because he says they never gave him reciept that day, I explain my soninlaw tried to , the two guys said no we dont need it. Then he says he credited my charge card. I said what no I was paying it, u charged my other daughter who lives no where near here and has nothing to do with it. U need to reimburse her. I said I dont know where u got her numbers to charge . He continues to be rude and says every time he gets charged 5 dollars for doing this. I said its not my mistake
Turns out my other daughter whos charged he charged again for it, rented something almost a year ago, so they just charged her again because she use to live here, never removed her numbers from their system. If she didnt get alerts when charges went through they would have two payments. He said it was my fault I should of gave him numbers of card to be credited, which why would I have hers I was just letting them know they charged twice for 1 service. He continued to be rude, I yelled at him and hung up. I told my daughter to dipute with her chargecard co. She did and called to let him know he was like you will have to pay the 5 dollars for me to credit it like it was her fault. Never using them again. His rudeness and attitude upset me the whole day. A very confused , unprofessional company if there was no stars that is what I would give them
DO NOT RENT FROM HANSON COUNTRY RENTALS. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I was told the moonwalk I rented would be delivered the night before my event or first thing the morning of my event if they were really busy. No problem with that, but I told them I wanted it for noon and at 11:15, still nothing. I called to see if they were on the way and was told that I requested a pick-up in Rockland!!! NOOO I DID NOT!!! It was for delivery to my house in Duxbury. The rude person on the phone told me that I was wrong --- well I know what I ordered and that was not it. He told me if I had a big enough car and went to Rockland to pick it up I could have it for free --- I told him I did not have a big enough car, and he said to me " Well, your from Duxbury, don't you have a SUV?" I let him know I was not looking for a discount, just what I ordered! I asked him if I was out of luck, or if he could find away to get it me....It finally showed up at 12:30. Luckily my party did not start until 1pm. No apology, no nothing. The next day they came to pick it up and told me that I had two of them --WHAT? I had a hard enough time getting one never mind two!! I went to the place today to get a copy of my receipt and the same rude fellow from the phone was there....well, now the price I was quoted on the phone had gone up $65 !!! I as let him know that I would be sure to pass along my very negative experience with the company, he said "typical Duxbury attitude" Whatever. All I was looking for was the product I ordered, on time. I couldn’t even get a sorry for the inconvenience. Would give it negative 100 stars if I could!!
