Excellent Service. I would highly recommend using Tile Showhouse. I found Greg Nikitin and his staff to be knowledgable, friendly and patient! Greg aka "Tile Guy" has a vast selection of tile, granite, stone, marble and more. I also purchased oak flooring through Tile Showhouse and his prices were the best around.

Unprofessional and unethical. I had nothing but trouble with Tile Showhouse and with Greg Nikitin. I put a deposit on some tile that was on sale and then, after telling me I had to come back another day to pick it up because it was in their warehouse and they were too busy to go get it, they sold it to someone else and would not give me my money back. They said I had a "store credit". I have been trying to use up the credit and they keep sending me inferior product and not what I order. I ordered 4" deep glass blocks and got 3" blocks that the delivery person said they had left over from another job.

I ordered 4000.00 worth of premium select bamboo in varying lengths and they shipped the cheapest bamboo Home Depot sells in all one length and they shipped it over a month after I ordered it. They took it back and I tried to get my money back. Finally, after 5 months, I called my credit card company because Greg Nikitin kept telling me he was doing his best and they didn't have enough money to pay me back.

Great selection and help from staff. I'm from the Rhode Island area. And I was in Hanover on business. I saw Tile Showhouse's sign. We were trying to find something special for our kitchen floor. We had been looking for months and were close to giving up. We came in and told the color we were looking for is red. They were so nice and within twenty minutes after showing us dozens of ideas in red, we found something that was perfect, and my wife loved it. It was a red marble that no one else even knew of. It was ordered and as promised was in within a week. They came to our house to measure and price installing the marble as well. All within two weeks of walking into Tile Showhouse, we had our kitchen floor installed. I now have a kitchen floor that is spactaular, and that we are both very proud of. I highly recommend Tile Showhouse . They were great from start to finish. I and now having them price and install a new granite countertop. Great store with the best selection I've ever seen WE ARE BOTH VERY HAPPY…
