TERRIBLE service personnel; wonderful doctor. Doctor on premises is wonderful but service personnel are consistently rude. I have gone to this Pearle Vision for a few years and I am amazed that the same rude and ignorant people still are employed there. I called to inquire about a product and was actually hung up on! The "floor" people are not knowledgeable about current eye care products and have little to no people skills. Unfortuantely I am leaving an eye doctor I like because of the horrendous service.
