In Short – This may not be quite as picturesque as Duxbury Town Beach--which is open only to residents--but it's still a lovely five-mile stretch of sand. Even the summer cottages that now line the shoreline (they've sprung up in the last 30 years) can't mar the beauty. – –

pretty and low key

While the beach itself is pretty narrow, it is really pretty and wasn't croweded when I went. Lots of mellow people doing their own thing, nothing obnoxious. Parking at the lot was $8 on a Sunday.
