I couldn't believe what an easy and enjoyable experience carpeting my house ended up being! The people were great, from the showroom to the installation. Friendly, attentive, professional, and never overbearing and pushy. I was able to look around on my own, yet ask any questions I wanted in the laid-back, small (yet ample) showroom. The installation crew was very experienced, quick, and flawless. I loved the experience, and love my flooring even more.
