IF YOU GET A POLICY HERE YOU MIGHT AS WELL USE $20 BILLS AS TOILET PAPER
by heyvalet
I made an account here just to help others avoid coming here. This is the worst business I have ever encountered. He originally told me my motorcycle insurance would be 300 dollars a year, and I have to pay $100 dollars as a down payment. Then I start getting bills of 32 dollars a month, which confuses me because that is far more than $300 for a year. So I go in to talk to him and he tells me some BS about how people don't ride in the winter, so they wont charge me for the winter if I bring in my plate, which I do. Then today I go in to try to get my plate back, and he tells me that I have to start a new policy and I need to give him another $150 to start a new policy because I canceled my other one when I brought the plate in. This quickly got me upset so I ask him to explain everything to me line by line. The only words that are coming out of his mouth are "normal" and "proper procedure" without any real explanation. DO NOT GO HERE. I should have known better when the place was completely filled with fake plants.

I've had the worst experience with this insurance provider. Completely unprofessional. I recently canceled my insurance, faxed and mailed the declaration from my new insurance company multiple times and he never processed it. It's been over 4 months, sending the document once per month via fax and mail. I finally hand delivered it and he said, "Oh don't worry, I will take care of it." Really? That's what you keep saying to me. I called Liberty Mutual directly and they can't do anything about it, meanwhile I have to send more documents to a collection agency that Liberty Mutual hired because I owe one last payment in their eyes, yet they actually owe me money. I pay him yet I'm doing all of this work, Fking great!!!

Sounds like I am falling into some kind trick

First year I got a new car, I know nothing about it, then I need insurance, I went there for it.
Charged me $2500 for one year insurance.
2nd year liberty mutual sent me the renewal, only cost me $1200 for year.
And I didn't get the renewal letter this year, I asked Liberty mutual, Libert mutual wanted me to contact the broker.
I called Security Insurance and they said something wierd happened within my account. I asked them what is weird, they won't tell and insisted me to come over to take a look. That sounds weird to me, like some kind trap. I am planning go to AAA or Liberty Mutual again since it sounds really tricky to me.

- Cons: Feel like they trick me
