5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

I recently purchased new skis at the Pembroke location. I found that overall the staff was very wiling to help with the process. They spent about 45 minutes making sure that the equipment met my specifications. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is shopping for new skis this season.

Pros: Ample Parking; Knowledgeable Staff; Reasonably Priced

3 Star Rating: Average

I've used this place several times because its close to where I live, and I didn't know better. If your looking for service in the area go to Bob's right down the street or someplace else. The people at Ski Market seem to be a bit rushed and a little too pushy, especially when you are trying on ski boots. When I left my skis to have the bindings readjusted they lost the paperwork I came to pick them up and they weren't done and couldn't find them. I did end up getting them fixed and they didn't charge me so they are not all bad.

Pros: convient location

Cons: pushy sales, understaffed
