“The atmosphere is really fun, not your typical bowling alley.”
“The worst sports bar on planet earth”
“Yummy food (mmm sliders) and awesome”
“Not a good place to go if you are looking for a hip, sophisticated atmosphere.”
“ce), bad service, rude staff.”
I have to say that I really like
Jillian's. The place is big and spacious. The service is often friendly and quick.
Get the appetizers. They're so good. Portion size is fair as well. Definitely a place to return to with groups of friends.
PLUS, they have HUGE screen TVS to watch games and such!!
The game was stuck and they came to help right away~ Great place and service!
The Attedant Katy was amazing Great Customer Service Jillians needs more young women like her!!!
Everything was great- the food, atmosphere, excellent bowling experience, fantastic night, (especially, the bowling shoes :))
Myself and some friends were in for a sox game from Connecticut, we had never been here before. The place is beautiful and well kept. Alexandra & Haley were absolutely lovely -Friendly, well-mannered, polite, hospitable and professional. We can't wait to return!
Great bar and great drinks and great music! Wicked awesome atmosphere, we loved it, and I love that you are displaying art on the walls- especially the "blow up" poster!
Worst place EVER.
Wish I could give this place negative stars. Took my co-workers there after a day of volunteering for a local non-profit and it was a total nightmare.
From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was beyond rude. I had gift certificate donated to us for pool, chicken wings and chips and salsa. When I called the number on the certificate, your event planner Laura was less than helpful. She told met I couldn't reserve bowling lanes, or order food ahead of time.
When we arrived at the venue, the server was incompetent, and the system of paying for bowling/ordering food on a separate tab was inefficient. The staff was incapable of ordering food and drinks simultaneously.
Our food was delivered without plates or silverware. I approached one of the staffers, and when I asked them for plates their response was "I'm not your server. My party just arrived and I don't have time to help you." I then went to your server station and grabbed a stack of plates etc. myself and carried them over to my party.
I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and have NEVER heard anything so heinous in my entire life. I DO NOT CARE WHO MY SERVER IS, OR HOW MANY TABLES THE SERVERS ARE WAITING ON, YOU NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO HELP THEM. AND YOU CERTAINLY NEVER TELL THEM TO GET THEIR OWN PLATES AND SILVERWARE. This is a disgrace of an establishment, and I will be giving them negative reviews on YELP, TripAdvisor and every other website I can think of.
Horrible food and beer. Horrible service..
Want Guinness? It'll come out of a can. Not so bad, you say. But the cans are always ancient, i.e. OLD, so it's always a very bad Guinness.
Want something on tap? Warm.
Want food with their homemade chips? They are soggy and stale! I'd prefer a bag of Cape Cod chips anyday.
Want to play pool, ping pong or foosball? Don't go there on a Thursday night. It's possible that private parties have reserved EVERY SINGLE ONE in the place, so really the only thing you can do is eat bad food and drink bad beer.
