one of the greats!. it put me in the middle of everything i liked the elegance and the charm of the hotel and i loved the staff!

great location. Within walking distance of the City Garden, Boston Common, Fenway Park and many other must see destinations not to mention lots of shopping and restaurants. I wasnt totally satisfied with the services but have to admit since it was a business trip the $160 a night wasnt coming out of my pocket, which makes it hard to complain. All in all the staff was friendly and the hotel was a nice place to stay. The most annoying problem that we had was with the water temperature. Some times it would take forever to get hot (5 minutes!) and occasionally wed run out. The pool is not as big as their website would have you believe but was still good sized. The people in charge of cleaning the rooms do not deal with room service items. A room service tray from across the hall sat there for at least 18 hrs!

Foundation for a great stay in Boston.. My girlfriend and I were both very impressed with this hotel, especially considering the relatively reasonable price. The room, while not huge, was very well-appointed. The soft, luxurious bed was a wonderful treat - probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. The view was terrific, especially considering this was not even one of the hotel's higher priced rooms. Also, while we didn't have occasion to use much in the way of hotel services, what little exposure we did have to the staff was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Good choice. i stayed in 2 rooms here, the first had 2 queens(uncomfortable) & the other (after I was easily upgraded) had a king. they were both nice & clean. the health/swim club is great. However, $6 per day or $10 for the entire stay seems too steep. Get the top floor rooms overlooking the Charles river. Espicially great if you are attending a function @ the Hynes Center. Overall a real nice experience...
