I like this hotel. I stayed at Sheraton Boston Hotel for 5 days with my family, it a very comfortable hotel, the staff is so polite. I like this hotel
OK, not great.
As with many Sheratons, this one needs a bit of renovation.
The suite was really crappy for a suite, and the only thing I found fancy at the hotel was the lobby.
I would recommend the Westin Copley which is just a few blocks down over this hotel, and the price is usually in the similar range.
They are both from the same Starwood company, so might as well take the better one!…

Excellent stay. My wife and I have stayed at this Sheraton twice and had great experiences both times. The city view is fantastic and the hotel location is perfect. We like that you can walk right in to the Prudential Center from the hotel without going outside. The staff has always been very professional and helpful. We will be back again.…
