Rude, inefficient & slow!. I can't stand this place - and everytime I give them another try I remember why I stopped using them. My doctor called in 4 prescriptions at 3:30 PM today. I showed up at the pharmacy drive-through at 4:20 PM to pick them up & they told me they hadn't started putting them together yet, as they didn't have my insurance info. Mind you, they could have asked my doctor's office for this info.. So the pharmacist at the drive-thru told me to wait in a nearby parking space for 20 mins. & she would summon me when it was ready. Forty minutes (and no summation) later, I drive back to the window & a different pharmacist greets me & informs me that they held off on filling all 4 of my prescriptions because one of them wasn't covered by my insurance & they didn't know if I still wanted any of them. I guess it never occurred to them to ask me first. So then he told me it would be another hour wait & I protested politely. He shut the window on me, and I was left waiting for another 15 minutes, after which he came back with 2 prescriptions. I asked him where the missing prescription was and he informed me they were out & wouldn't get any in until late tomorrow afternoon.Now, why didn't either pharmacist tell me this an hour before, so I could have left & returned the following day for all of the prescription - rather than waited there for over an hour. I tried to speak to this guy several times, but he kept shutting the window & walking away from me - very rude. So at 5:30 PM I left with 2 out of 4 prescriptions. I went home, called Nantasket Pharmacy & had them transfer my other prescriptions so I never have to go back to CVS Weymouth AGAIN.

The lack of efficiency, common sense & customer service etiquette was appalling.
