QUALITY SERVICE

We had just moved to the area and had hard time finding a trustworthy repair shop. We had tried couple other shop in area with no luck,then a co-worker mentioned Preferred Auto and we could not have been happier. They diagnosed our hard starting problem that no one else including the dealership couldnt fix. We tell anyone needing car repair to see Preferred they are the best in our book

Great Garage you can trust

I have always had my father fix my car when there was anything wrong (as he grew up working in his father's garage & junk yard and worked as a mechanic all his life). However, now I live 2 hours from the garage and 3 hours from where he lives, so I have to pay to have my car worked on...so I needed to find a garage who knew what they were doing and that I trusted not to take advantage of a young lady!!

Well, thankfully I lived only a few miles away from Preferred Auto and passed it right when I got off of Rte 3 onto Rte 18. I went in and Dean the owner helped me out and that was over 6 years ago and has been helping me out ever since. And in the beginning, I would take it to Dean's and see what he said about what was "wrong" and then I'd ask my father, he always validataed what Preferred had said. So now I feel comfortable taking my car to Preferred all the time.

And he always charges a fair price (although not free like my dad....)

So don't hesitate to see Dean at Preferred if you have an issue!!!

The Best In TOWN!

My truck had been stalling out when driving, that is not a comfortable experiance when on the highway . After numerous attempts by other shops and thier inability to fix it. I found Preferred Auto and Tire, the fixed it right the first time. Dean and crew are very friendly and honest. They explain to you what you don't understand, which really helps. I recommend Preferred Auto and Tire to anyone looking for a repair shop on the South Shore.

Great place to have car service

After trying many repair shops in the area,I finally found my home for auto service,honest,friendly and convenient. I couldn't ask for more. Dean and his crew go beyond the norm. It is nice to find a reputable place that can service all of my family's car needs. Clean shop and comfortable waiting room make the experience much more pleasing

The Best Car Service in MA

I have been bringing my cars to Dean for 17 years, and no matter where I live/work, I will continue bringing my cars here for the excellent service and fair prices. I used to live and work on South Shore, but now that I live in Boston and work on North Shore, getting my car to Weymouth is not always convenient, but it's worth it. I know I can trust him to tell me what needs to be fixed and what can wait. And any time my car requires a couple hours or more of work, they will drive me to Starbucks so I can get my work done or if longer than a day, they will have rental car delivered to me on-site. Also, as a long term customer, they always fit me in last minute if something needs to be looked at immediately. I wouldn't go anywhere else for car service.
