Weymouth >North American Amusement Inc
As I was in the back round I noticed a few things that made me go "Now that can't be right"
A Door or two on a kiddie ride kept coming undone while the ride was in motion. The operator got the attention of the manager and alerted him to it. But all the operator got from him as a response was hairpin it. "What is that like... glue" and a few of his workers really look rough from the night before> I don't want these guys assisting my child on or off. I have to ask myself would the company really put out the money to run a CORI as they state on each employee no I don't think so. Matter of fact my sitter that was with me witnessed one of the operator was at the back of a generator truck/ ride and just undone an elastic type thing from around his upper arm. I don?t think it was an insulin shot that?s for sure.
Then there at another ride the guy smelt to high heaven of last nights Booze. I'm sure the big boss man noticed it and if he didn't then he isn't doing the safety part of his commitment to the public for a service they/he is providing.
I went to an event last year and this company (Amusement) was at a different location (a company BBQ)
And there were a few people (operators that impressed me) and I even commented to him how I though he handled all the kids not just mine in such a safe, appropriate and competent worker .I went the work the next day (last years event) and told the boss they were great.
Same company different place a year later and far worse off than ever. Not to mention I don?t see a few of the last years workers. What a shame the management part has no idea obviously how to keep the good workers, but seemed to be more fixated on the ones that give it a bad name or provide a traumatic experience because of poor management
Maybe they have too many hands ,to grease to keep them from shutting down.
