Feeling Fried.
Sometimes you need fancy frills and high style seafood and sometimes you just need fried clams in a plastic basket. If crispy seafood, mounds of fries and onion rings is what you are hankering for this is the place to satisfy your craving. The decor is NE harbor even though they are busy route 18. The clams are well fried, fresh, and not greasy. The onion rings are great! I would skip the burgers which are not as good as the seafood. Also the greek salad is basic but good and the clam chowder terrific.

warm friendly family runned business.
This restaurant has been in business for 37 years so far. we pride ourselves,in, using the freshest seafood, new grease and no additives to our flour coating. It is unfortunate that anyone can write a bad experience at our place. we listen to our customers, likes and dislikes. We are still looking for a better tartar sauce, since the one we used for 25 years, the company was bought out and the receipe no longer exists. So, my husband and myself work very hard to make it right.I would like to see a balance of good and bad reviews, as everyone has different tastes. Our menu, includes other things besides seafood. our onionrings are homemade!! Sincerely, Nancy Caswell,co-owner

Bland.
A nice casual family run seafood restaurant. You order your food at the counter and you can either take it away or eat on the premises in an adjacent cafeteria. The cafeteria area is not handicap accessible, there are stairs. The staff is friendly and the service is good but the food itself is bland. I tried to like it, I wanted very much to like it but everything I tried was tasteless. I added lots of salt and ketchup which didn't help. If you like bland seafood then this is the place for you. Too bad because overall I liked the place.
