i think you were upset that you spent over your budget at the end, especially when you didnt see any difference , dont take it on the estetician!!! keep that racist comment to yourself! im a long time custome at body benefits, i know the estetician you are talking about, she is actually very good at what she does and very proffesional , all my friends go to her for facials and waxing... I know you are lying because even if she was taken other clients at the same time , who would tell that to the other client?! If she suggested you should get a lip and brow wax, you probably needed it! maybe next time you should ask how much treatments cost! its not fair to throw this wonderful spa under the bus because you were having a bad day!!

wonderful experience. i recently got a gift certificate for a facial from my husband. i have never been in this spa before.

i arrived for my appointment an was greeted by the receptionist nicole who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. shortly after i was taken in for my facial with seda who really made my experience excellent. the massage was great and my skin felt wonderful, i will be making a return trip soon.

OVER PRICED, OLD EQUIPMENT, BAD ATTITUDE. Came in for "day of beauty. " Started with facial, aesthetician had an accent & I had a hard time understanding her. She had an attitude when I would ask her to repeat herself. During the facial she kept leaving the room, I asked why she kept leaving she explained it was to taking other wax appointments. I felt like she was tryin to get me to spend more on eye treatments and additional servives. She even suggested I get a lip and brow wax. Finished the day with hour massage (great) and manicure also great. Checking out of spa was a shock, day came to almost $300.00. Facial & Manicure were over priced. NEVER AGAIN

Not an Oasis. I've been here twice. The massages are excellent. The facials cleanse my skin, but don't relax me - especially when the esthetician is being paged during my facial to do waxes on new customers. Warning: this isn't an "oasis" for relaxation. The staff seems to manage themselves and the business the best they can - the owner is either not around, or too busy with her own clients.
