Best experiance, Amazing service!

I agree with the last review. I had a wonderful experiance with Creative Bridal. They were sincere, and I literally tried on two dresses. The second dress was "the dress". It's exactly what I always imagined myself in, beautiful. And they let me take my time, and even went and grabbed all kinds of veils to try on. They were very good about paying for the dress, and being a huge designer dress, it wasn't crazy expensive at all!.. I'm definatly going back for the bridesmaid dresses. Every shopping experiance should make you feel this good when you walk out of the store, and I would recommend Creative Bridal to any bride-to-be!
- Pros: Great election, beautiful store and room has "cathedral lighting system" so you can see how your dress looks if it's a church wedding.

Great personalized customer service

I disagree with the review below; I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with the women at Creative Bridals. They were sweet, gave me great customer service, and kept me updated frequently about the status of my dress order and subsequent alterations. They worked with me to put a rush order on my dress to guarantee its arrival with plenty of time for alterations. My good friend and I both purchased our gowns at the shop and have no regrets about doing so. I would recommend using this shop to anyone.

Brides BEWARE!! The women who own this place are aweful! They ordered the wrong dress and when it came in the refused to do anything about it. They were rude and unprofessional! To make things worse, it was two weeks before my wedding and they left me without a dress, without any help, and without any remorse or ownership in the fact that they messed up. I was left to find another dress days before the wedding. Also, they refused to refund all of my money! Please heed this advice and go elsewhere when shopping for your dresses! I wish I had heard of the many complaints that I have heard about this place since then!!!
- Pros: NONE/ they seem nice when they are trying to make the sale!
- Cons: Rude, unprofessional, left me high and dry days before my wedding!!!
