Still waiting for that call .......
First off -- my complaint is two fold. I am not a shopper, nor did I plan to go from dealer to dealer. Considering we visited the lot after a major snowstorm, we were greeted by a salesman. I has initially come for a specific car I found on the internet ...but eventually ended up buying another.
That part went well. What I didn't care for was how pushy they were to "get home and write a positive review."
And now I see why.
I've owned the car for 9 months, and I've YET to get the repairs that are needed. I have had to call and track down someone, for each and every repair they "claim" would be done. One month, two ... three. Each time I call, it's as if they never heard of me before.
Granted they weren't major repairs (radio, window and broken plastic piece under the car) but 9 months later .... still waiting for the call that my radio is in.
Switched over to Nissan of Woburn --- much more positive experience.
Quirk Nissan the best. I just bought my new car last month from quirk nissan in quncy. Abu Rotimi was the sales person and he was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. The whole Quirk Nissan family was great everyone so friendly and courteous. Thank you for a great financing team specially George who made everything look so easy. When People Make the Difference. I wanted/needed a new car so I did my due diligence and went to all the Nissan dealers in my area. Quirk Nissan had the best inventory on the Rogues, but it was our sales person, Nick Molchan, that made the difference. I appreciated that he wasn
New Altima. My 2001 Sentra was costing me several hundred dollars every time I would bring it in for service. The car was running great...had 74,500 miles on it. But it was at the age where things were having to be fixed or replaced because of the car's age. I guess we all get old! Anyway, I decided it was time to retire her and get a new car. Ross Macomber in the Service Department always took great care of me, always did right by me. So when he recommended I talk to Darren Birks, I didn't hesitate to take his advice. Ross introduced me to Darren. Darren was patient and understanding. After all, I hadn't expected to buy a new car that day, so I was a little nervous. Darren listened to me, showed me options within my budget. We test drove Sentra's and Altima's as that was what I settled on. While this was going on, Ross even checked in with me to be sure I was happy. Well, I finally settled on the Altima 4DR SDN SR V6 CVT. But it was not in my budget plan. Darren suggested we run some numbers on a Certified Used Sentra, a new Sentra and the Altima. Well, the new Sentra was a good fit for me, but I had fallen in love with the Altima. Sales Manager Keith Krepon joined Darren and me and together we looked at my options. Then Keith suggested perhaps a lease might be within my budget and put me in that Altima. He was right. He offered me a great deal on my 2001 Sentra and with $1500 down, the lease was within the ballpark of my budget. Deal done. Darren walked me through the paperwork and George Frihat from the finance department took care of everything to my great satisfaction. He helped me with my insurance, registration and had me in that car same day. As it was Saturday, and after 4:00, so I was amazed that George was able to push the paperwork through with my insurance company and DMV so I didn't have to wait until Monday to get the car. I am so very pleased with the whole experience, most of all to "my team" as I like to call them: Ross Macomber, Darren Birks, Keith Krepon and George Frihat. They all took great care of me, and deserve a shout out.
Exceptinal!!. Buying a car in a past was not a very pleasant experience for me, always feeling the sales men were in general pushy. Me and my husband went to quirk in Quincy and looked for a new car, Jay Li was our sales, we asked lots of questions, he patiently answered our questions. the entire process was comfortable; we don’t change our car very often, but I definitely recommend him to my friends and family. he is the best guy to make you feel comfortable to talk with!!!!
Darren Birks!. Darren was great! It was my very first car and he made sure I really got what I wanted and made it a good experience for me. When I am ready for another car or just an upgrade I will definitely be asking Darren! Thank you sooooo much!!
Great Service Darren Birks!. Darren Birks sold us not one but two cars in one day and it was a great experience. Not a phony bone in his body, Darren worked with my husband to get the best deal for both my daughter and myself. It was my daughter’s first car and we got a great deal on both cars! So far I am very happy with the car (one day lol) but I mostly wanted to express how happy we were with having Darren as our sales person. I would recommend that you would ask for him by name – he will work hard for your deal!
My wife and me have a C class mercedes for the past 8 years, it start getting old, we give it to out daughter, and bought a 2010 Nissan Altima from Jay Li at Quirk Nissan, he is very good, he direct us to the right car within a short time. We drove the car home within 2 hours. This is the first time I have Japenese car, it drive just like my Mercedes, but it is half of the price we spend compare to the Mercedes. My wife and me both retire now. We can spend the money we save at other thing we need.

Mike Morris is the BEST!. I walked into Quirk Nissan not really knowing what it was that I specifically wanted, not to mention the fact that I went in not knowing a specific salesmen. A family member recommended to this dealership and hearing such great things I figured I'd give it a shot. As I walked in a salesman approached me, he was very friendly and warmhearted. I felt very comfortable around him, and this turned out to be the guy I was going to buy a car from, Mike Morris. Mike went out of his way to show me the options, and not to mention he listened to the amount of money that was willing to spend. I had a really great experience overall. I'm so glad I picked Quirk Nissan to get my car. Not just mentioning Mike, but everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional and respectable.
