Just for the fun of it we went to Fuji the other night, with some other friends who suggested we try something new. Well to say the least I was not overly impressed with the very loud atmosphere & cafeteria style setting which caters to the younger 16-25 crowd. The waitress we had was very young inexperienced and inattentive to the point we had to keep hailing her to come over. Although the food was good it was average fresh sushi. The seaweed salad is disappointing you think you're getting a good size portion to share with another but the trick is iceberg lettuce piled at the bottom of the bowl. Okay food presentation. No vegetable tempura and no fried ice-cream in the winter I would not go back a second time and I would only recommend this restaurant for the 16-25 crowd.
Pros: sushi, food presentation, better for take out
Cons: Loud atsmophere 16-25 age crowd, inexperienced young wait staff

I love it. Great food. Great service. Nice ambiance. Wireless connection. It has a young, fun atmospher. Karoake some nights.
