good food good service

Not familiar with Quincy we just stopped on a whim. The server was excellent and very attentive. Honest about the food we asked her how the steak was and she said sometimes it isn't as good as she'd like. She went back and asked the cook and he said tonight they were good. Two of our party ordered them and they were excellent. The tips and burgers were great. If I lived in Quincy it would be a regular stop!

Not so great...

The Fowler House is average to say the least. A few times I've been there, the service was great, and the food was average. Then other times when I've gone, the service and food were horrible to say the least. I don't know if its a matter of who the cook is that day, but considering the food goes from decent to not even appetizing, I wouldn't recommend giving it a shot.

avoid any night

I was there last Friday night and this place was bad. Our food took forever! The bartender's were RUDE. My friends and I will never go back. Stay away. The food wasn't cooked right and what kind of bartender doesn't know how to make a martini it was the worst tasting drink I have ever had.
