“First off, we knew more about the Mazda products then the salesperson, Quoted a price and were going to buy when all of the sudden a very rude salesperson came over and told us, the price was the price take it or leave it, they would not negotiate a deal.”
Great price - AWFUL experience.
Bottom line, Quirk Mazda provides great prices up front and by email. There is no negotiating (in my case), and I mean none. Take it or leave it.
However, the attitude of the staff (for the most part) and complete lack of knowledge of what they sell is disturbing. Questions are answered with fabrications. Demos are painful as the sales staff and even Service staff fumble around the car. These people are supposed to be the experts and are insulting with their attitude when they do not know the answer. How much to install this accessory? Manager, "$440 labor." Ask same question to Service manager, "1 hour, it's easy."
Five hour wait to take delivery after almost walking out on them a second time due to incompetence. No way I'd ever service the car at this location, but the price will likely not be matched at other Mazda dealers.
Awesome Experience!!. I recently purchased a new Mazda 3 from Quirk Mazda. It was my third dealership visiting that week, so I was prepared for the worst. However, buying this car was actually fun! Sean Foley is amazing... he makes you feel at ease, and he'll have you cracking up the whole time, while still remaining professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, and best of all.. .NOT PUSHY. This sales experience was completely stress-free, if you can believe that! Even after I purchased the car and went back to pick it up, Sean took quite a bit of time to show me all of the gadgets and how everything in the car worked... even set up my bluetooth for me. He made sure I was completely comfortable using all the different features. If you're in the market for a new car, go to this guy, he rocks!!
I test drove a Hyundai Elantra and the Mazda 3. The Mazda 3 met my driving needs better, so I negotiated a deal for a grand touring model with Sean Foley. My experience at Quirk was great...everyone in the dealership was friendly, and I didn't leave with that "I could have done better" feeling that so often is a part of the car buying experience. Ray in Finance couldn't have been nicer. They explained the optional add-ons that were available to me, but didn't push them.
Oddly, one of the nicest parts of the experience was when I picked up the car...it came with a full tank of gas! I don't think that's ever happened before, and it was nice to have that level of thoughtfulness.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience, and would happily recommend Quirk Mazda to friends and family.
the only place to buy a mazda. this was my best experience at a dealership so far, I called and told them what I wanted for a car, when I got there they had it sitting outfront with a plate on it ready for me to test drive, I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in! The whole process with the test drive and all the paperwork took 45 minutes and I was driving home in my new car. I have 3 Mazda dealerships closer to my house but wouldnt think of using anyone but Quirk Mazda!
Quirk Mazda Service great!!. I have had a Mazda for at least 12 years, a tribute a 6 and now a Mazda 3. I love these cars!! The service is great a Quirk Mazda, they are so friendly and helpful, and they don't take advantage of you! I would so recommend a Mazda and take it to the guys right there in service to get your work done, they are beyond compare the best service dept that I have dealt with!
Great experience for a foreign buyer.
I just bought a Mazda3 in Quirk Mazda and could not be more satisfied. I was helped by Phil McCabe and I must say he was very helpful. Being a foreigner that had been in the US for just few weeks, he helped me to try the Mazda3 and then they offered me a good deal for a lease on it. It was a very quick process and Phil was there step by step until I got my new car...
I think their Foreign Program is really helpful specially for people that have just arrived to the US, so without a credit history. That was the main reason I went for a Mazda, must I must say that since I got mine I'm very happy with it. It is a very comfortable and secure car, but also fun to drive and good mileage. In all, a good experience to get a good deal.
quirk mazda. I recently purchased a new Mazda3 and could not be more happier with my car or expierence at Quirk. I was helped by a young salesman named Ledion. I wasnt sure what kind of Mazda I wanted but he helped me through the process. He knew everything about the different cars, it made everything so much easier for me. Because this was my first time buying a car, I had so many questions for him. He answered everything in detail and left nothing out. I highly reccomend going to quirk mazda for your car! Their team is great and because of my salesman, I had a wonderful and exceptional expierence!
Great Experience!. I just purchased a Mazda 3 2010 last week from Quirk Mazda and could not be happier with my experience. I test drove the Mazda 3 with Kevin Chan, who was very polite and knowledgeable about the vechicle. He even took the time out after all the paperwork was complete to show me all the featrures of the vechicle. Over all, the staff was very professional, helpful, and welcoming. Prior to purchasing my vechicle I had my Honda Civic serviced there for years and was very impressed with Mike Grisolia and the whole service department in how prompt they fixed my vechicle. I would strongly recommend Quirk Mazda to all my friends and family. Thank you Quirk Mazda!

I did not know what car it was right for me so i though to just walk in at Qurik Mazda and see what they had.
I have to be honest the staff that they have there are the best, and don't listen to the myth about high prices, they are a big dealer and they can negotiate. I was helped by as sales person I think his name was Ledio and he helped me to chose a nice economical very reliable car, a brand new Mazda 3. he even gave me the color that I wanted and I closed the deal like I was buying candy in a store. he lowered the priced lower then I thought so everything worked according to my plans. I bought a new car with warranty and everything. if you want to buy a car go to Qurick Mazda they will help you pick your dream car!
