Pretty cool hotel.
I've stayed at all sorts of rooms in this hotel.
The junior suite was pretty spacious for a room of its class, and was really clean.
The ambassador suite- I'm not a huge fan of- because it's just like any other room, but 4 times bigger.
The presidential suite- it's $3300/night, and the best room of the hotel (better than the imperial suite)
the decor was fancier than the other suites, but still was a bit plain for a room of its class.
there's a really nice bathroom in the master bedroom (room 3615), but for a presidential suite, it's still a bit plain.
I prefer the Westin at Times Square NY so much more.
But still, there are really nice agents at the hotel, so I'm a returning customer here.

Great view of the city. Wonderful room.
My wife & I stayed at the Marriott Copley Place for 2 nights. Our room was on the 23rd floor and was very large and well kept. We were treated to an AMAZING view of boston from our large windows. It was unlike anything I'd ever seen from a hotel window. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had nothing but a positive experience at this hotel. I drove a van, so at night I was able to find parking at a meter a few blocks away which saved us about $50 a night in parking, so that was a plus as well. Great location to walk around and sight see (Copley Place) and very close to a T station.

Gorgeous Views.
The Rooms are very clean and the bed is so comfy. The views are unbelievable, especially in the morning. The room service for breakfast was the best I have ever had. The bathrooms could be a little bigger but they are very clean. Awesome customer service!

A dignified hotel in the Back Bay's trendy Copley Plaza area..
The Scene
This gigantic hotel resides in the heart of Copley Place, a huge shopping complex featuring more than 100 upscale stores that include Tiffany & Co., Neiman Marcus and Gucci. Facilities and amenities are modern and well-kept, if a bit generic.
The Details
In the spacious guest rooms, you'll find floral motifs and comfortable bedding. Signature "Rooms That Work" are specially equipped for business travelers with work desks, data ports, two-line phones and voice mail. Between the health club, whirlpool, sauna, large indoor lap pool and on-site massage facilities, pampering yourself is easy. Three restaurants serve a variety of cuisines, from Italian to sushi. On-site nightlife bustles with a cocktail lounge and a sports bar offering 360-degree views of Boston's Back Bay.

Great place!.
I stayed here in feburary and its awesome! Its attached to the Copley Place mall (coach, bebe, neiman marcus, AX armani exchange, FCUK, etc.) and the Prudetial center mall (lacoste, seohora, jasmine sola, express, levis, etc.) and two other hotels. The service here is great, it was my birthday and i was greeted with cookies and fruit in my room, and the staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are more than great, theyre spacious, clean, and with a great view. While we were there, the pool was under construction, so the staff kindly told us to use the one at the Marriot hotel (connected to the malls). Perfect place!

Excellent.
We stayed in the Westin for almost a week, the room was very clean and spacious, the service was excellent and the concierge was always very helpful. The location is wonderful and if you are there in the colder months you are attached to many different shops and restaurants!! The only recommendation...eat somewhere else for breakfast it's the same price as dinner!!
