Tivolis a Malden Gem. Tivolis delivers high quality cuisine in a comfortable setting. The menu offers a stellar variety of entres and appetizers. The French Onion Soup is rich in flavor with a generous topping of gruyere. Entres will not dissapoint and sauces are aromatic. Everything is the star of the show here! This bistro is underestimated and undiscovered. The food here stands up to any fine Boston restaurant and is even better. The staff is most accomodating and the prices are moderate! Everything is cooked to order so there may be a slight wait but the food is well worth waiting for! Tivolis also has a very affordable wine list so enjoy a liesurely glass while the chef does his magic in the open kitchen! Bon Appetit!

Fine Dining food at Reasonable Prices. I just got back from dinner and I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I had a seafood stew with 5 different types of seafood and each was cooked to perfection. My husband and I each had and appetizer, entree, split a dessert, had a bottle and 1/2 of wine, and the bill came to 100 bucks. With top-notch food you don't expect such reasonable prices. The dessert was to die for - warm lava cake with divine rasberrry coulis and whipped cream. We will go back shortly.

Great food in a relaxed environment. Tivolis is the best - I still will never understand why it is so unknown. It is owned by the chef and staffed by his family. The primary waitress is a long-time friend.

The food is delicious - absolutely mouthwatering. And the service is very friendly. Once you've been there a couple of times, they'll know you. As it is a small place, sometimes the service can seem slow - but you can actually watch as they prepare your meal from scratch in the open kitchen.

If you're up for a relaxing evening, love phenominal French and/or Italian food, and want a reasonable bill (very reasonable prices - especially for the quality and types of food), visit this hole-in-the-wall in Malden. It's very nearby the T-stop.
