Dirty Dishes Horrific Service. The Dockside in Malden has certainly gone downhill since the last review in 2003. The last few times going there the service was absolutely the worst I have ever had. The waiter took at least 10 minutes to bring our drinks. After we were finally able to order, our appetizer came 2 minutes before our food with no silverware or dressing for the buffalo chicken. We ordered more drinks and they came as we were finished eating. For whatever reason, we thought we would give it one last shot and I wish we never did! Not only did we have the same awful service, my food came out on a dirty plate! That was it, we paid for our drinks and our appetizer (thankfully it came on a clean plate) and left without eating dinner. No manager came over to apologize or offer to take anything off the bill, nothing. I know it isn't just me either because I over heard other tables talking about the bad service. Oh and you no longer get bread with your meal unless you ask for it (see previous review) but you would probably be done eating before they brought it out anyway!

Good Fast Food. Most food my girlfriend and I have ever had for $30.00. One of the few resturants left around here that serve you popcorn and bread with out your having to ask first.
