Never ever go there!. I couple of years ago, I used the Odessa shoe repair in the CambridgeSide mall to stretch out a brand new pair of boots. The guy ruined the shoes completely, made me pay & when I came back a few mins after to say it was not fair, he pretended not to know who I was and said he had never touched my shoes! I could not believe the audacity of this man, and the worst was that I did not have a receipt! He litteraly kicked me out of his store and said he did not know what I was talking about!

Then, just about a week ago I tried the Boston location-I dropped off two pairs, came back a few days later and although a kinder gentleman, he lost one of my shoes! We spent 45 mins looking in bags & at the end I had to leave. A few hours later I got a call that they found it but still, I had to go back and pick it up and was not even offered a discount. At least the guy was nice about it... but I have to say in both places I do not think they do a great job so look elsewhere!

HORRIBLE!!!. The clerk at the route 9 location was rude, the prices ridiculous and the workmanship terrible. The repair was not done efficiently and I ended up having to take the shoes somewhere else rather than go back and be treated so rudely again. I've never had such an awful experience with a vendor before.
