Tips for The Cheesecake Factory

not worth the wait. i don,t know what the big buzz about this place. Don't get me wrong the cheesecake it out of this world but the food is not top notch.

Bad Location. The time I went there, the service was good. However; it was so loud in the restaurant that you could not hear your own conversations. Overcrowded and not comparable to the one in Prudential. Seats are squished which makes an impression you eat at a foodcourt.

Scrumpdillicious!. Everything on the menu is very yummy. Each person in your party must get a different type of cheese cake and everyone shares! Try the Martini's, they're great too!

great food, great service. although there was a long wait (we didn't have reservations) it was totally worth it. Wonderfully creative dishes and of course the best and most creative cheesecake ever! I loved the restaraunt and recommend it to everyone!

The Cheese Cake is good. The menu is huge... really huge. It has way too much to choose from. At the end of the meal, get the cheese cake, whatever one, they're all good, every single one of them.

Fast Food At It's Best. Cheesecake does a great job in presentation and very large portions, great variety and comfortable environment. The food tastes above average to good and is good value for what you pay for. However all the food is saturated with butter and extremely rich with fat. If you aren't concerned with weight, calories, digestion you will love it.

Yum. Cheesecake factory has great good... and the cheesecake.. well..... it's the best I've every tasted... and believe most would agree... and of course, there is every flavor imaginable.... a little bit of a wait for a seat most of the time, but well worth it!

What a travesty!. I am from San Francisco, but I was poking around the "Best of" list for some other cities and how a goofy CHAIN restarurant with lousy food can be voted in as one of Boston's Top Ten restaurants is beyond me. I suspect a scam!

Pretty Good. Cheesecake Factory ( Chestnut Hill Location) is pretty good. I work right next to one so we get take out for lunch and it's A LOT of food. Huge portions. I wouldn't go out to dinner there with friends, maybe it's because I just think of it as a take out place now. When it first opened I really liked it but now they kind of just slop everything on the plate. It is a bit pricey for a chain but you do get a lot of food. The bar is fun and the ambiance is nice. There is always an hour wait in the evening and the cheesecake is too die for. It is pretty consistent comfort food.Oh. and GREAT BRUNCH on Sunday

Wonferful food ONLY. The service is usually slow and forgetful, but they have everything you are looking for on the menu. They even have the best grilled cheese sandwich.
