Tips for A D Auto School

September 18, 2012

I highly recommend Andy as a driving instructor. He gives very clear instructions on how to drive and all the rules to follow on the road.

He is a very good instructor and a very kind person, for example, even though I was not very quick to learn certain things (such as parallel parking), he always made sure that I didn't get discouraged, he patiently and clearly explained to me how to get things right.

I was very nervous about the road test but Andy was very supportive. I did great and passed the first time with no problems at all. I had learned everything in the classes so well that the exam didn't even feel difficult.

His car is always in a very good and clean condition and is very comfortable to drive. He accepts cheques as well.

I wish the best of luck to everybody learning how to drive and who will be taking the test. If you want the worth of your money and time, you won't regret taking lessons from Andy.

Best,

-Bella (TG)

Worst EVER. OK so andy is unprofessional he is always calling me baby and he bad mouths his other drivers he tells me to do one thing then when i do it he stops the car suddenly in the street backs up and sits there in the middle of the street and wants to explain what i supposdly did wrong. he always looks at my butt when i get out the car, and always looks at my boobs when i drive. he even asked me to give him 100 dollas and i looked at him and laughed he was serious but tryed to play it as a joke. he is so unprofessional its not even funny dnt wate ur money or time being sexully violated by his eye or comments.

Worst Driving School in Boston Area!. Not only are the driving instructors rude and shady (they only accept payment in cash), they are somewhat corrupt.

When I arrived at the Cambridge armory for the road test, the auto school rep called one of the road testers on his cell phone and asked him to come out and give me the exam.

He also added, "make sure the Spanish dude don't come out and test him, I need this guy to pass". I passed the test, but I did so legitimately, unlike others at that driving school.

Beware of this place. I had the worst possible experience at this driving school. The instructor Andy is verbally abusive, aggressive, and treats his students horribly. He takes payment only in cash, which should alert you right away to his shady dealings. Next, he does nothing to help you, but instead will shake your confidence, and negatively corrode your skills. Stay away. Seriously. The lessons would depend entirely on his mood. He would pass inappropriate comments throughout the lesson. I felt cheated of my money and time, and came away feeling hurt and injured. Do yourself a service, and don't go to this place.
