Weird experience. I would say that Suzan is a pretty decent hair colorist but she is overall nutzzzzzzz. I have been there a couple of times and everytime I get there I say to myself, "why did I come here again!?" The place is always empty except for weird Paul strolling around reading a newspaper making small talk. He's nice but a little odd. Suzan never really listens to what you want, she just likes to hear herself talk. One time I told her not to cut my hair short and I came out with a mullet that was way too short. Exactly what I didn't want. She is way too aggresive with trying to sell things or trying to get you to get a full, rather than partial foil. No thanks, I said I want a PARTIAL....GOT IT! If you dare go, get ready for an amusing experience...it's like another world in there.

Novita Hair Salon. very odd salon for even Cambridge had my hair cut and styled by Susan who is head sylist so I thought I was well taken care of when I left the salon I looked like I was ready for a video shoot for MTV in 1988!!!! I probably should have taken the hint when Susan was wearing a bandanna on her own hair which looked to be overly colored under that some crazy conversation and amusing perfomances by sylists in salon enjoyed the show not the hair
