I went to Salon Luna to the "short haircut" guy because I wanted to have my long hair cut very short. The cut I got did not suit me at all, and was not what we had talked about. I tried styling it different ways, but eventually went back to have it fixed. It looked a little better, but the cut is noticeably uneven. I didn't feel that the stylist was really focussing on what he was doing. I would like to find a hairdresser who treats this job as an art and who is confident in his or her ablilities.
Pros: lovely salon, free tea/coffee and snacks

Hi, I frequented this salon once a month for about a year and one of the top stylists in the salon was cutting my hair. Some cuts were fantastic, others not and some needed correction. The management does not make it convenient for you to get back in for a correction and the prices were steadily rising until I was paying $60 + for a cut. I also discovered that they don’t charge all customers the same price even if seeing the same stylist. For the price charged the cuts should be great and management should hustle to get you in at a time convenient for you when a correction is needed. This is after all a great inconvenience to the customer to have to come back for a correction. Once your hair is cut and styled it is hard to understand that you need a correction until you get home and wash it out. My last cut was one where an entire hunk of hair in the back simply hadn’t been cut. Thumbs down on this salon.

Cons: High prices, inconsistent cuts, management not customer friendly regarding corrections
