Worst Management Company in the Boston area. This management company is all about painting over problems repeatedly. We've had the same problem in the exact same spot more than 3 times in the past 2 years. It takes days for them to get back to you about any sort of maintenance problem and they are always rude about it. I had to threaten to call the city health inspector before anything was fixed. I would NEVER recommend them as a management company, even to my worst enemy. Don't rent an apartment they are responsible for unless you want to have things falling apart left and right because they paint over leaks!
