After 70 years in business, you'd think these guys would have steak down. I had the sizzler, ordered it medium rare. It came to the table medium well, dry, tough, and flavorless. It was a struggle to get it down; if I wasn't being treated, I wouldn't have bothered. I won't be back.

Our first visit to Franks proved to be one of the best Steak houses around. We had reservations for 7:30 on a Red Sox night, got there at 7:10 and our table was ready. No traffic and no problem parking down the street. We all had drinks and appertizers to start off the night. Very good service and the appertizers arrived hot and delicious. Our order was then taken and in a timely manner our salads arrived cold and crisp. The king cut prime rib was a plateful. We also had the Captians Sirlion. Both done to our likings. Service could not have been more pleasant even though she was quite busy. It was a Saturday night. I would highly recommend giving Franks a try.
Pros: TVs were a distraction
Cons: Fast service and good food.
