Excellent Service!!!. I went to this elizabeth grady for the first time last week, and let me just say I loved it! As I entered the salon I was greeted by a very friendly young girl working on the desk who even got me some water while I waited for my appointment. I then went on the have an extremely relaxing facial and a waxing. The bottom line is that I cannot wait till next month to go back!!!!

yuck. i first walk in and the girls behind the reception desk looked like i was almost inturpting there pow pow. they were not friendly, i actualy felt unfortable. Very rude, I almost wanted to cancel. The woman doing my facial was telling to wash off make up before bed, like hello common sense tell me something i dont know. my facial was awful. i left with clogged pores, and woke the next day with pores ready to pop. she did a lazy job extracting my pores. i caled and made a complaint and they seemed very nice about iy, and willing to have me come back., whcih was great but I dont comfortable gooing to back there. i was also talked into buying a few products. dont go there, cheap but not worth your money. Makesure whoever you are seeing is very experienced.

the quality you would expect from an elizabeth grady salon. great waxes and facials at a reasonable price. clean salon and personable estheticians.

Stay away... the worst. I arrived for waxing... was taken to a basement room that was not clean - room had a wooden, fixed leg massage table that you needed to use a stool to get up onto - given no robe/sheet/ anything. Room had no specialized lighting or the usual Elizabeth Grady equipment. "Consultant" did a lip wax and bikini wax - missed large areas (poor lighting and no equipment). This location should be closed by the franchise.

best products. i really enjoy their products. they are really gentle, and make my skin feel really clean. at this location they weren't pushy about sales, and really friendly. their facials are great, and not descently priced. love this salon, i felt relaxed right as i walked in! best estheticians!
