Unprofessional and did not stick to price quote

I phoned up to get a price quote for a lock-out, and was told that it would be $80-$90. The technician came out and did not appear competent. (I've had a lock-out once before and it took the man 5 seconds to open my door.) Furthermore, at the end he charged me above his price quote, $100, saying that it was extra work (after a 15 minute job). The technician also only wanted cash or a personal check made out to him, which seemed a little fishy when I called a business to do the job. I expressed some discomfort to the technician, and he became rude and insolent - started yelling at me that he was the owner and that I shouldn't give him a headache. (Even if he was the owner it seemed inappropriate to write a personal check - something shady going on there.) Overall I found the experience extremely unprofessional!
