AVOID. AVOID. DO NOT do business with this company. It's short term rental, so they know people need flexibility and ensure not to give it. Their business model is turn over the furniture while keeping customers in max leases to make more profit but keep billing. "Screw the consumer" is their policy. I'm sure it is very profiable. When people feel they have no choice because they need a "bed", Cort is ready to take advantage! Bed and a dresser was over $150/month, but they have a minimum of $175 so you pay for a king mattress for them with every contract. Billing staff is unprofessional and lacks any authority so don't waste your time. Buy a bed instead and sleep on a blow up mattress for a week while you wait for it. It will save you $500+ including the mattress cost!!…
