Brown, shriveled flowers, and attitude.. A Valentine's bouquet just arrived from this florist, filled with brown, shriveled roses.

The bouquet included a note saying "We at Coady Florist have built an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers and prompt service. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know," and a phone number. However, I shouldn't have bothered calling. The snippy man on the phone had nothing more to say than "Well, I don't know what you want *me* to do about it" and "That's what the roses look like this year."

They claim they'll come and exchange the bouquet...with an identical one, presumably filled with identically shriveled roses. Maybe they'll give my original shriveled bouquet to someone else. Happy Valentine's Day!

great service, great flowers, great price. I love Coady Florist. They did my flowers for my wedding and they were amazing. They were so helpful and the flowers were beautiful. I have used them ever since.

The best florist I have ever used. I live close to this florist, so it was the first one I visited when I moved in to the neighborhood...I have been back every time I've needed flowers since. My mom says she has never seen arrangements as beautiful and is always amazed when I tell her how much I spend. The owners are very kind, helpful, and hard working. They genuinely care about providing great customer service.

Helpful, Friendly and Reasonable. Needed flowers and plants for a party at my house (just moved to the neighborhood) and thought I would try the local shop that was recommended by my neighbor. My neighbor was right, the owner helped me with my event and worked within my budget, even going so far as to show me how to save money by choosing different flower selections and my own containers. I ended up spending less than I thought and Coady earned another loyal customer.

The Best!. Whether dropping in for a quick bouquet for a dinner party or calling in to order a gift or funeral flowers, I have never been disappointed with Coady Florist. They're the one constant in an ever-changing neighborhood and how they operate has to be why they're still there. The owner knows everyone and everything, and is pretty good at doling out advice as well. They will work with you to fit your budget and your needs and they do so in a manner that seems to have been lost in most businesses these days.
