Love this Indian Restaurant. Colorful ambiance and good staff. Haveli has been my go- to Indian restaurant for a few years. Great prices, too! I recommend the vegetarian dinner for two. I've never been disappointed here.

if there was such a thing as fast food indain this would be the taco bell of it.... chicken tikki masala was burnt and used dark meat and had bones in it...

soup was from a can...hence the orange perservatives floating on top...

and the chiken paradise was oily and didnt settle well in my stomach...

the free papadum was nice..but overall a really bad meal

would not go again

Great restaurant!. My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for almost four years now. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly. We never try other Indian restaurants because we love this one so much!

My Favorite Indian Restaurant. Delicious food, helpful cheery staff, and great decor.

I'm crazy about their specialty drinks and Indian beers too.

My wife and I have a great time when ever we go.

Another plus - free parking in INMAN square.

The music was soft and calming.

I wanted my food mild, and a guest of mine wanted his spicy, they were all too happy to accomodate.-- and my food was flavorful not bland. In other places, if I ask for MILD, they give be bland. But only in Haveli have I found mild to be full of flavor.

Inman Square's hidden Indian gem offers colorful decor and myriad dining options to couples and area families.. The Scene
A kaleidoscope of color greets customers at Haveli, as patterned carpets and tapestries cover nearly every available surface, including the cozy second-floor loft space. Service is attentive and jovial, with waiters taking pleasure in explaining the intricacies of Indian cuisine and offering suggestions to meet individual tastes. Traditional Indian music plays a little too loudly in the background; during busy hours, diners must strain to talk over it.

The Food
A lengthy menu featuring customizable Indian classics pleases traditionalists and those new to Indian cuisine. After starting with an order of crunchy vegetable samosas with homemade yogurt sauce, try the popular chicken tikka masala--tender tandoori chicken in a creamy tomato sauce with garlic and ginger. Those in search of some heat gravitate towards the lamb vindaloo, which is generously drenched in spicy gravy. Warm homemade naan makes for a perfect accompaniment, as does a selection from the exotic drink list.
