Loved Going There. I saw Living Color there repeatedly. Also remember a Terence Trent D'Arby show. It was incredibly diverse. One night a friend and I went to "Ladies Night" not realizing it was a euphemism for lesbian pick up night!

I do wish they still had All Ages shows on weekend afternoons. I'd for sure take my six year old to some of them.

Variety of Music. I used to be at TT's a lot more often than I'd like to admit. To the point where, uh, well, let's just say sometimes I wondered if it'd be more convenient to just sleep in the dressing room. The new management is great, they're apparently doing/planning some wonderful things with the place. Most nights TT's does not get crowded, but when a popular event or concert comes along, it gets rather uncomfortable. I'm always happiest when Terri is pouring at the cash bar in the back.

fun place, nice dancing space. I went here on the 2nd friday of the month for gothic dance night and I was really impressed. This was a nice bar with a mixed friendly crowd (all ages and nationalities). The staff were friendly and the djs played a nice variety of dance music. This is a place for everyone, with a dance floor, pool tables, and a space away from everything for talking.

One of the few places left. This is a great place. There is so few "dive" rock clubs left. Back in the 80's & 90's the city was full of little rock clubs where bands could play original music and people could just drop in and see something new or different for an affordable price. This is a great area to go - you can also visit The Middle East for much of the same music. By the way BostonBeer you must have been a real pain in the @#$ to get thrown out . Maybe you should just stick to the Lansdowne street bars and their $ 20 $ cover and six buck a beer. Keep on rockin ...

Thanks to a diverse, jam-packed schedule, this tiny rock venue maintains its standing among the best in the area.. Tucked down a side street in Central Square, T.T.'s has provided a venue for small musical acts of all genres since the late 1970s. Several huge bands--including Nirvana, who performed for only 13 people--played their first area show here. The crowd depends wholly on the entertainment, as one night might bring up-and-coming indie rockers, and the next a goth act or an acoustic folk duo. With a capacity of only 300, T.T.'s guarantees everyone a spot near the action. Concert-goers looking for an eardrum break can head to the tables on the other side of the bar or the back room that houses two pool tables.

plain awful! a sorry place.. I go there because I want to watch a band that plays there. It is 18 and over, and I'm 32. Show ID and such, but decline to be stamped. Then I have this weirdest and nastiest conversation with the barman, that since I'm over 21, I MUST drink alcohol, and since I am not stamped I CANNOT. So they call security on me! I could not believe it, since the place was empty and had not atmosphere, and they could hardly afford to lose any customer. The guy spent 3 mn lecturing me, when in 3 s he could have checked my ID. Totally ridiculous. I got a refund of my cover, so I came out on top: saw the lousy hole it was for free. Do yourself a favor: just avoid the place.

Friendly Place. This is one of the most friendly night spots I've visited in the area. The music is great most nights, drafts and drinks are OK (martinis leave a little to be desired). The only negtive is the occasional group of old men from charlies and the plow telling old drinking stories and spilling their drinks.

The friendly atmosphere is great, and I suggest a visit on a weekly basis.
