Ambassador is always on time when I need them, they give me an estimate of arrival and it is what they tell me. Couldn’t be happier with a taxi company. Always drives safe and follows traffic regulation!

I live in Cambridge and whenever I need a taxi service I don’t hesitate to call Ambassadors because they are quick and never tell me there is no taxi in my area. They make sure they send one to me! Thank you for the great service.

Their prices are really good for the area! I can usually save a few dollars and they get that in the tip! That saves me from tipping another cab company! Thank you for saving me money in these tough times!

They were so incredibly rude. Cabs come and miss customers all the time. In this case, their cab came, to the wrong side of the street, they did not ask for me by name so I went inside and proceeded to wait. I called to inquire about the hold up and they said they cab came and I went inside so they left. I explained the above. A new cab came, I walked out to greet him, and he left! I called the company again and said "I think your cab just left..." The representative actually said to me "he said he doesn't want to pick you up because you were the one who walked away when he came the first time." I was flabbergasted that this was even an option. The representative actually hung up the phone on me (mind you this was all work related travel) when I told him there were numerous cabs outside and his cab failed to identify me as the passenger who made the request. I called back and told them WHY they were being called and that I'd give a nice report to the folks who organized their service for me, and that they did not need to come pick me up, ever.

Best Cab Co. I have been using Ambassador for the past few years, because they are simply the best. It’s usually pretty easy to get a cab and they have a good track record with me of arriving on time. Love their new hybrid cars!

Good service. Have only received excellent service from the Yellow Cab drivers, They are always on time and friendly once you are in the car and really do try to get you to your destination as quickly as possible.

love it. This weekend was the first time I used Ambassador Brattle & Yellow Cab and they were excellent both times! The fares are cheaper, drivers are nice, very efficient, arrived on time, and called a minute before the pickup. I am pleased with the experience and I will definitely use them next time!
