Natasha is wonderful – I have seen it all in terms of bikini wax: high end, low end, and everything in between. By far, Natasha has been the best! I was in a pinch and Natasha was booked, so I recently visited Beaucage, which was hailed by Allure as the best bikini wax in Boston. Well, I left there having paid more than I have EVER paid for a bikini wax...and the next day, was greeted with a bunch of ingrowns, despite using TendSkin.
Waxing at Sasha is completely reasonable in price, and leaves you with what is easily the most superb, long-lasting result. Don't bother with anywhere else. And if they're booked, wait it out. Natasha is worth it!
Diane was the BEST waxer EVER. – I have been going here for about three years and tried each person at this salon for my lip wax. I have very fine, blonde hair - difficult to see. Diane was the only one who did a perfect wax every time. Her attention to detail and friendly manner were top notch.
Unfortunately, she is no longer there. Can ANYONE please tell me where she's gone?
great facial – I had a wonderful, relaxing facial with Doreen and have had the same experience with Tatiana. They know thier stuff. They know skin. They do an excellent job. Friendly, clean, and no pressure. I got a great massage followed by an ultrasonic facial (cutting edge) followed by the manual facial. I came out feeling rejuvinated.
No nonsense skincare – I have been to Sasha 3 times for eyebrow and lip waxing (total = $36) with three aestheticians: Natasha, Lena, and Paula. Each time I walked in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in immediately. I had great experiences with all three aestheticians: they were all extremely professional and took my eyebrows very seriously, taking 20-30 minutes to make sure everything was perfect, and following up with antibiotic lotion. They don't push products on you but will recommend things if you have questions. It costs a little more than other salons, but they are so thorough that a brow shaping lasts a full month (with a little tweezing in between on my part), instead of two weeks like when I have it done at the other places. It has a very European, no-nonsense, serious spa quality to it, which some Americans might not like if they want to feel completely pampered or like they just made a new friend, but I appreciate the efficiency. And it's not like it's a totally severe environment since they do pump soothing music in to all of the treatment rooms.
standard, but not special – I had a facial done at Sasha Skin Care. I thought it was good, but I've had better, and for about the same price. I did not come out feeling super pampered, which is what I look for when I go to a spa. Moreover, the decor and the atmosphere at Sasha were more like a clinique and less like a spa.
Best bikini wax!! – easy to get an appt. kind staff. First time i got a bikini wax, and tatiana was amazing! Minimal pain and she's the sweetest lady. Prices were fabulous as welL! I've been to Le Pli in the Charles Hotel for a massage, but their staff (the person who worked on me as well as the front desk staff) were rude. I'm so happy with the results!
Wonderful, relaxing place – I am so happy that I discovered this salon in my neighborhood. Everyone at Sasha is so warm and friendly, not to mention skilled at what they do. Larissa's manicures are fantastic, and both Galina and Paulina do a great job at eyebrow tweezing/sculpting. I'm looking forward to trying out a facial here as well. Sasha Salon is a peaceful refuge when you need a little break.
Great facial & bikini wax – I went to Sasha for my first bikini wax and Nia made the experience comfortable and practically pain free. She also did a great job on my facial, which included an analysis of my skin type, massage, glycolic cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, manual cleaning, antiseptic treatment, and clay masque. She wrote down recommended products and skin care tips for me, but there was no pressure to buy anything. At $65 for the facial and $25 for the bikini wax, Sasha offers great value and a clean and relaxing environment. The staff are also very friendly.
Good value, comfortable atmosphere – I went to this salon for a traditional facial. The space is open and tastefully decorated, with several private rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My facial was very relaxing. It included a mini-massage, hot towels, steam, cleansing, moisturizing, pore cleansing and toning. At $60, it was a good value compared to some of the pricier places in Boston. I will definitely go back to try their other treatments, which include seaweed wraps and microdermabrasion.
Bikini Wax – Tatiana does a great job with the brazilian waxes! The staff is very friendly.
