I had some shirts taken in on the sides and they were not ready when they said they would be. I showed up and the guy said "oh they're not ready yet." Then I was like, "you said it would be ready in a week." Then he said, "business days." Sounded like a lame automatic excuse he normally gives, because I am certain he didn't say 7 business days, but rather in a week. Anyhow, in general I thought it was poor customer relations from start to finish. The times I called & came by he seemed to care less about the business I was bringing. And he kept on telling me to call the next day, like it was too much trouble for him to call me when the shirts were ready. Never again.

My order was not ready on time, and the staff never even bothered to say "sorry" when I called to inquire about the status of my order. I was told "call tomorrow" in a very abrupt manner, and the lady simply hung up. I do warn you not to use this service.

Cons: Poor Service, Rude Staff
