Worst Service and Quality Imaginable!. I do not normally like to write negative comments, but I feel I have a responsibility to warn anyone who is considering Alpha Omega for any type of jewelry. I could not even rate Alpha Omega with a 1 star. It should in fact, be zero. Before our wedding, my husband and I both ordered our wedding bands from Alpha Omega in Harvard Square. We worked with one of the owners, and had the most horrible experience we have ever received from any store or service provider in our entire lives. To begin with, Alpha Omega lost my husband's ring for weeks, and when they finally found it a week before the wedding, it was the wrong one! It was also a huge hassle because the person we were working with would never return our phone calls and would simply ignore us in the store. We ended up choosing a different band to have it in time. The second problem was that I had a white gold band with diamonds all around, and just one month later, the band had tarnished and had a very distinct orange tint to it. To fix this, we had the diamonds reset into a brand new band, platinum this time. One week later, a diamond fell out of the band. So now, I am with out a wedding band. I am getting a new band, not from Alpha Omega of course, but it is so sad that I will not have the wedding band I was married with, and absolutely nothing can make up for that. I highly, highly recommend to never, ever purchase anything from Alpha Omega. Not only is the service absolutely horrendous, but the quality of their products is at its worst!
