Tips for West Side Lounge

User review by cfo22. Went there for the first time this weekend for dinner. Everyone in the group thought the food was very good. They also play some pretty good music - but not too loud - so you can hear just fine. The only downside was that the waiter we had was really lousy. He wasn't a jerk or anything, just many little things done poorly, too many to write about here. Perhaps he was new or was just having a bad night, so I'll give them the benefit. In brief, I would go back.

The best of the best. This is the one of the very best restaurants in Cambridge. It's relaxed, delicious, friendly and a complete pleasure to visit. The food is spectacular and Alex, the chef, is equally great. The waitstaff are friendly, knowledgeable and oh-so patient.

Better than it looks. This small quaint bar/lounge is really good. The food is creative and tasty. Drinks are equally good. You won't be disappointed. Never to loud for a conversation

One of the Better Bars in Cambridge. Decent decor, good lighting, excellent Mojito's and other drinks. Crowded on weekends though - don't go there at 11pm with a date expecting to get a seat.

This is my favorite dessert and drinks place in Cambridge - nice ambiance, sit at the bar if you feel social or take a booth if you come with friends.
The window seat in front will fit you and five more friends!

Absolutely no complaints!. Olive appetizer, martini, wine, and both dinners were verrrry good! The service was excellent for a romantic dinner, attentive but not intrusive. The music was great, entertaining but not distracting or annoying. I will Definitely be going there again.
