They did a great job with making the clothes look proportional to my figure. The clothes definitely look more flattering now.. I brought in a suitcase full of clothes.... They have a changing room, so they waited for me to change and pinned all of my clothes...When I came to pick them up, all of the clothes fit like a glove, with exception of one. It's super convenient for me because the place is right above the Greenhouse Coffeehouse..plus, I work in Harvard Square. Reasonably priced...better than the places I've been to in Brookline/Boston...Aside from that, I recommend this place...

Brought a pair of pants to be hemmed. They had drawstring on the bottom and I told the woman (3 TMES!) that I just wanted a normal pant hem, NO drawstring. She didn't write down my request on the slip, but I decided to have faith that it would be fine. Sure enough, when I picked them up, they had drawstring on the bottom. When I complained of her error she got mad at me, offered no appologis and said she would take out the string and just sew up the holes. I said this was unacceptable, if I'm going to pay for them to be tailored, I want it done right. I still don't have them back yet, so we'll see how it goes, and she'd better not charge extra. Very bad customer service.
