Thieves or Scammers?

On 03/05/09, I booked the Western Mediterranean cruise for 15 days during 06/09. On 04/02/09, I recieved an envelope containing an itinerary for a cruise in 08/09 to London with no explanation. After contacting OAT, I was informed that my fully paid and confirmed cruise in June had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. It is almost 60 days later, and I am unable to collect my money for this cancelled trip. I have been given the run around after contacting customer service.
- Pros: At one time, they offered alot for your dollar.
- Cons: Not able to be rimbursed my total payment/ Customer Service
