(they were early, friendly, & thorough).. We bought a gas fireplace insert, brand new Legend G-3 Sticks and Stones.  It was all good.  Set up a date and time, (they were early, friendly, & thorough). The plumber referral was good too, communicative talker.

Customer Service was excellent. A year ago, I visited Black Magic Chimney & Fireplace in Cambrige. I wasn't sure whether I should purchase a Pellet, Gas, or Propane gas stove. Customer Service was excellent, there were many styles to choose from, and the prices unbeatable! They took time explaining the difference between the different types of stoves and I made my decision. I purchased a gas stove fired by propane. Last winter, the stove worked like a charm. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable Stove company. (This year, I plan on purchasing a gas fireplace insert for another fireplace!! )

I wasn't sure whether I should purchase a Pellet, Gas, or Propane gas stove.  Customer Service was excellent, there were many styles to choose from, and the prices unbeatable!  They took time explaining the difference between the different types of stoves and I made my decision.   I purchased a gas stove fired by propane.   I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable Stove company.

Last week, they called and offered to come and clean. Last week, they called and offered to come and clean our chimney for free because of all the scheduling problems we had with them.  And today they actually came and did the job!  And they did it well, and didn't leave a mess, and they were nice to boot - just like I remember them when they first came here three years ago.  They said they will even come back over the next week or two to install a cap on our chimney so crap stops falling down in there, and they're not even charging us for that.  It was very generous of them to do these things for us, and to me, it is nice to know that a business actually cares about its customers and wants to atone for mistakes made.  I will be calling them again the next time we need service because I do feel that they once again deserve my business.

I have had great luck with Black Magic for many years. I have had great luck with Black Magic for many years, I have purchased 3 gas fireplaces at separate times and have nothing but good things to say about them. They have a great showroom and a very knowledgeable staff. I am more then happy with my fireplaces, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fireplace.

Thank You Black Magic.. I recently was looking for a firepace cleanout plate (mine was broken), Black Magic chimney was great, they took the time to dig thr old covers from prev jobs (they recycle yahoo!!!!) and the price was great (they almost gave it to me). This... Great service, very patient, friendly. Installation was quick and they cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the model we picked.
