The owner George is friendly and funny but the other employees are quite unfriendly if not rude. No one understands or speaks English well except George, and when you call them they pass the phone around until someone can finally understand you. I would have left 1 star if were not for George.

Cons: difficult to communicate, rude employees, price above average

If you believe that Fresh Pond Mobil has in any way used their state inspection license to take advantage of you, I would encourage you to contact Paul Harkins who works for the State of Massachusetts licensing agency at paul.harkins@state.ma.us. I believed that Fresh Pond Mobil took advantage of me when I went in for my annual inspection - thousands of dollars later, several further visits to the station, and my car is worse off now than when I went in. I reached out to the State of Massachusetts to register my complaint and Paul let me know that they are very aware of the issues with Fresh Pond Mobil and are just trying to add more evidence. So, if you have a story to tell, I'd recommend you email Paul. He will call you and take down your story. If in fact Fresh Pond Mobil is abusing their inspection license, one can only hope that the State of Massachusetts will take away their inspection license one day to protect consumers.
